My order has not arrived

As described on our shipping page (see below in the footer of the website), the total shipping time is 3 - 16 days. You can track the status of your order as detailed in the shipping confirmation email. This delivery period should not be confused with the order processing within 1 - 2 days.

If your order has not arrived several days after the promised time frame, you should track your order more closely. Visit "https://cjpacket.com/" and enter your tracking number (included in the shipping confirmation email). There, you will find your local "Last Mile Delivery Tracking Number" and the assigned courier (Local Carrier). Copy the Last Mile number and click on the courier's name. Then, use the Last Mile number to search for your shipment on the courier's website.

If your shipment has been marked as delivered by the courier, unfortunately, we cannot assist further. According to our shipping policy and US laws, the recipient is legally responsible for the delivery of their online order.

If the shipment has not been delivered according to the courier, and the mentioned delivery period of up to 16 days has already passed, feel free to contact us with your order number via the contact form.

I want to return a product, how should I proceed?

My product arrived damaged

If your product is damaged despite proper use or arrived damaged, we can open a warranty claim for you. Please contact us with your order number via the contact form.

Does the filter plug fit my sink?

All detailed dimensions are illustrated on the product page with an image. To create a bit more space at the bottom, we recommend setting the pin of the mechanism from your old plug to the "lower" position.

I have made a payment – has my order been received?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Be sure to also check your spam or promotions folder. It's possible that you may have entered an incorrect email address, which would prevent the confirmation email from reaching you. However, we can assure you that it is technically impossible for us to receive a payment without also receiving the corresponding order.
