How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days. From the shipping date, you can expect your order within 3 - 7 business days*, depending on the carrier's availability and location. Faster delivery is sometimes possible. *please take a look at our "Shipping" page for further information.

Does elowa.ch cover potential customs fees?
Normally we send you order from our US Warehouse, so there won't be any customs fees. In times of high demand, we might be forced to ship from an overseas warehouse.
Unfortunately, in that case it is not possible for us to cover all potential customs costs for our customers. However, we support you with low product prices and free shipping.

Additional information
As mentioned before, in some situations we are forced to ship your order from an overseas warehouse. This will typically be the manufacturers warehouse in asia.
