Shipping

We process orders from Monday to Friday.

Orders are processed no later than 1-2 days after the order is placed and then shipped directly. During times of very high demand for a product, processing times may occasionally take up to 5 days. However, we always strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Delivery times within the US range between 3-7 days*

We understand how important fast delivery is and are constantly working to improve.

If a product is in high demand, there might be the need to ship your order from a different warehouse, which can lead to delivery times of 7 - 16 days.

Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to you, the buyer. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout for additional peace of mind.
